Twitter Account Cautions

Preventing "Bot-to-Bot" Communication
Unlike how Facebook Messenger Dialogues are linked to Facebook Pages, on Twitter, Dialogues are linked to Twitter accounts.
This poses the possibility of one Twitter account (with a Dialogue linked to it) conversing with another Twitter account that also has a Dialogue linked to it. Thus, an interaction between two active Dialogues (or Bot-to-bot communication).
A Bot-to-Bot communication negatively affects your messaging experience as:
  • it will distort your analytics, as two AI conversations interact endlessly;
  • it may lead to your Twitter account being deactivated or deleted as Twitter will detect is an unusual activity.

Pattr Recommendation:

We recommend you keep your personal Twitter account for your own use, and create a new one for your audience to interact with.
