Authenticating your Facebook Account
Connect one or more Facebook Pages to Iris
Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen to open the menu and select Accounts.
⚠️Note: The next step will vary depending on your Pattr plan. Please follow Option 1 or Option 2 depending on what you see on the page.
Option 1
On the left of the screen, under Account Management select Facebook.
This will take you to the standard Facebook authorisation page where you will need to follow the prompts to connect your Facebook account to Pattr.
Option 2
Click the Add Account button in the App Settings pane.
⚠️Note: Do not change any of the authorisations Pattr requests when you follow the prompts. These authorisations are mandatory to letting Pattr work.
Once you have successfully connected your Facebook account, you will see your name under Linked Accounts.
Click on your Facebook Account name to open the list of linked Facebook Pages connected to your account. After selecting a Facebook Page, it is made "Active" and you are able to link it to your Dialogues.
🔔 NOTE: You must have already created the Facebook Page(s) that you wish to make active and link to Dialogues. This is easily done through Facebook.
